If you would like to cancel your hosting service, you may do so at any time we do not have any contracts. If you would like to receive a refund for your hosting, you must first meet the following criteria.
You or your clients have not been found breaking any of our policies found here: Policies .
Be sure to carefully read our ads, and ask questions about our hosting and features, before you purchase. Not all features come with all hosting pacakges, and not all software is installed on all servers. If our ad say No next to a feature, it does not come with that package.
Concept Hosting has more than one server with different server configurations to meet most hosting needs. Sometimes client’s believe they are unhappy about their hosting simply because they signed up to the wrong hosting package, and the one they signed up to does not meet their needs. We are happy to assess your needs and change your hosting service to a different package at any time. It is impossible to know all your hosting needs when you first signup so moving your site to another server, may be all that is required to make your hosting experience a better one.
If you would like to receive a refund for your hosting you may do so within 15 days of purchase and the following has been done to ensure your move to Concept Hosting servers is a successful one including:
You have opened a support ticket to request help with your hosting problems, or concerns, and have allowed us to provide you with assistance and recommendations.
If your concern is due to speed or reliability of the server you are on, you have validated this by providing 3rd party ping and/or trace route information. At which point you have allowed us to assess your concerns, and if needed upgrade the server you are on, or move you to another server that is more suitable for you. All server's have 3rd party uptime monitoring, and we are aware of their uptime so saying the server is down is not sufficient, all server uptime is officially logged by a 3rd party.
You have opened a support ticket to request assistance with the move and / or install of your sites if you are having problems getting your sites to work
It is impossible to know all your hosting needs when you signup, so if our technicians have determined that the server you have been placed on does not meet your requirements, your account is moved to another server that is better suited for you.
Ample time (usually 2 – 3 days) has been allowed for any server software upgrades that may be required to run your scripts that we feel are reasonable and are non-harmful to the server.
You have made your initial requested for a refund within 15 days of purchase
If after you have been moved to a different server, and we have made every effort to make your hosting move a successful one, it is only fair that we refund you for your hosting.
Please open a support ticket to Billing with an explanation of why you would like a refund, along with an overview of how our technicians were unable to solve your problems. Once we have reviewed your support tickets, and agree that we are unable to help you, we will issue you a prompt refund.
